Information we collect

MemorySafe Labs Inc. collects the information you submit through the private-beta and pilot interest form: your name, email address, area of interest, and any optional organization, role, and use-case details.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage the private-beta and pilot list, assess fit, communicate about beta access, conduct related product research, and respond to pilot interest.

Service providers and processing

We do not sell your personal information. We use Netlify to host this site and process form submissions. We may also share information with service providers that help us store submissions and send email, only as needed to provide those services. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Retention and safeguards

We retain your submission while the beta or pilot program is active and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we must keep it by law. We use safeguards appropriate to the information.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@memorysafe.ca. Product-update emails will include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed.

Please do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit patient information, client data, passwords, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal information through the form.
